Referral Program

Referrals are a major part of our business. And for that we want to say, “Thank you!”  In fact, most projects financed by United Structured Finance Company (USFC) come from external referral partners such as CPAs, attorneys, and loan, business, and real estate brokers.

Why do our referral partners like working with us? It’s because of our commitment to providing great service. Our partners require creative solutions and quick turn-around time on deals presented to us. That’s why we provide 24-hour turn around time on loan packages. We also help our partners and their clients get to the closing table more quickly. This is especially important for our broker partners.

Finally, we also compensate our partners for referrals with no caps. The compensation structure provided to brokers depends upon the type of financing provided by USFC.
