Jeffrey R. Kleinschmidt

As Vice President, Capital Market Solutions, Jeff Kleinschmidt brings over 26 years of experience in the financial services and commercial real estate industries. For 15 years, Jeff has held positions in Commercial Banking ranging from Business Development to Senior Loan Officer.  His experience as both a lender and a borrower representative provides him unique insight as to the needs of all parties involved with debt and equity transactions.

Mr. Kleinschmidt has developed close relationships with investment banks, life insurance companies, boutique lending and specialty finance companies, as well as agency lenders, including HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As a result, Jeff has represented borrowers for more than $1.5 billion of commercial real estate loan transactions over the past 11 years.  Commercial real estate finance is his main focus, which affords his clients the best access to debt and equity capital.

Jeff holds a bachelor of science in business management from Ferris State College and resides in Ann Arbor with his family.
